Content Placement Agreement
By submitting content to CVidz you agree to the following terms. This agreement is accepted at the time of form submission and logged with timestamp, IP address, and device information.

Rights & OwnershipYou own or control all rights required for distribution, including master, synchronization, visual, and performance rights required for TV and digital streaming.

License GrantYou grant CVidz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, encode, stream, display, promote, and distribute your submitted content for the duration of placement on the platform.

Non-Refundable Placement FeesPlacement fees are non-refundable once your content is approved and goes live on the CVidz platform. Fees prior to publication are discretionary at CVidz's sole discretion.

No RoyaltiesCVidz does not generate or pay royalties, performance income, or streaming payouts unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVidz from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your submitted content.

ChargebacksUnauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after placement constitute breach of this agreement and may result in removal of your content and recovery of fees.

Dispute ResolutionAll disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Michigan. No class actions are permitted. This agreement is governed by Michigan law.
