CVidz provides digital video placement, hosting, and streaming exposure services through television and web applications. CVidz is not a record label, distributor, publisher, agent, or partner.
CVidz makes no guarantee regarding views, discovery, ranking, exposure, monetization, or audience growth.
CVidz may accept, reject, suspend, or remove content at any time for any reason. Removal does not guarantee refund once placement has gone live.
You grant CVidz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, encode, stream, display, promote, and distribute submitted content for the duration of placement.
You confirm you own or control all master, synchronization, visual, and performance rights required for TV and digital streaming.
CVidz does not generate or pay royalties unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Placement fees are non-refundable once content goes live. Refunds prior to publication are discretionary.
Unauthorized chargebacks after placement constitute breach of agreement and may result in removal and recovery of fees.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVidz from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your submitted content.
CVidz liability shall not exceed fees paid. CVidz is not liable for indirect damages.
All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Michigan. No class actions permitted.
This agreement is governed by Michigan law.
